   I tried to return the product because it’s was damaged and had food marks on it , the jersey was used , I tried to complain and had a chat with one of your executive instead of helping men and getting the product return or refund he said Yahya kind of marks will be there we can’t help it . If they can’t help it exchanging they should refund the money .

     He has ordered a customized Jersey on the website. When we had shipped the product, there were no marks. Some Unethical customers Order customized jerseys without checking the size chart and when the size doesn’t fit them, they claim the product is defective and want to return it. They know they cannot return the customized product which we have mentioned clearly on website. The only way possible for return is to claim it is defective. This is really unprofessional and unethical.
