Your rights as a consumer:
In accordance with the law, you have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive your refund. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. Refund will be i terms of Store Credit which you can use to purchase anything from our website. (Note COD Cash on Delivery Charges and shipping charges will be non refundable)

How to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period:
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 14 days ‘cooling off’ period, please email us at [email protected]

Please tell us your name and address. If your order was made from this website, please tell us your order ID.

We will give you the details where you will need to ship your product for replacement or Refund as Store Credit.

Returning unwanted goods:

Simply send it back to us at the address shared with you in your email. The product should be unworn and unwashed.

Please make sure that you also Write your name, address, Phone Number Order ID on a piece of paper and include it in your Return Shipment.

Note that goods should be returned within 14 days of delivery. You should post them, unworn and undamaged, and Unwashed to the address Shared with you through email.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and include the returns form correctly completed with your order.

Refunds for unwanted goods:
Provided that we receive unwanted goods in unworn and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods deducting the nominal shipping charges as a store credit. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. In this case We will refund the whole purchase amount in your bank account. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
