Your rights as a consumer:
In accordance with the law, you have a 14 day ‘cooling off period’ in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive your refund. Should you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. (Note COD Cash on Delivery Charges and shipping charges will be non refundable)

Returning unwanted goods:

Simply send it back to us at the address below unworn and unwashed. Please make sure that you also complete and return the returns form detailing your name, address and correct size.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember to give us your name and address, and include the returns form correctly completed with your order.

Refunds for unwanted goods:
Provided that we receive unwanted goods in unworn and resalable condition within 14 days of delivery, we will refund payment for the goods deducting the nominal shipping charges. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of goods. If you need to return an order because of an error on our behalf or because of a defect, we will be happy to refund your postage charge, and your return postage costs. Otherwise you will be responsible for these charges and the cost of delivery.
