We Offer Free Shipping for any order above or equal to Rs 799/- all over India. Dispatch will normally be within 3 business days of ordering, but customers should allow up to 15 days for delivery. All customer orders are carefully wrapped to ensure that products arrive safely and undamaged. If payment is made via our our secure Netbanking / Credit Card/ Debit Card options powered by Razorpay Payment Gateway then there are no Cash Handling Charges. If COD (Cash On Delivery) is used to pay for the product, then an additional Cash Handling charge of Rs 50 per Order is applied. This amount is charged to us by the courier companies and hence it is unavoidable. Hence we recommend our customers to pay online and Prepaid orders also gets delivered faster then the COD orders. Once the Product has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order. If the you as a customer refuse to accept the delivery of the product at the time of delivery, then you will be responsible for forward and return charges of the the shipment.
On the delivery of the order, you are advised to to take an unpacking video of the parcel; received. This is to make sure that you have received all correct items that you have ordered. Please note that Shipping label should be visible in the video.
Any claim regarding a missing product or a damaged product without “Unpacking Video” will not be entertained.
If in case a product is not delivered to you even after the courier company has updated the same, then you are required to notify us within 2 working days after the updating of delivered status.
